Suggestions for your ultimate SalonSpa experience

As an Aveda Concept Salon we strive to provide you with a guest-based experience that enriches your spirit, mind and body. Our services are based on high touch Elemental NatureSM treatments that are personalized upon each and every visit to the spa.

  • Child Policy
    We love kids and are happy to serve them. For health & safety and the relaxation of our guests, we kindly request children not accompany guests on salon or spa visits.
  • Privacy
    During your treatment, you will remain completely covered with a sheet and blanket. Private areas remain covered during the entire service.
  • Reservations & Cancellations
    Respectfully, we require a credit card to reserve appointments for two or more services. 48-hour notice for cancellation is required or your credit card will be charged. 24-hours notice is required for cancelling any single service appointment.
  • Arrival Time
    Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your ap- pointment time. Arriving late will interfere with your treatment time and thus decrease the therapeutic bene t for you. All reservations end at their scheduled time to promptly receive the next guest.
  • What to Bring
    You may wish to bring along fresh undergarments.
  • Group Reservations
    Avalon SalonSpa is available for group functions. Please call for more information about how we can help you plan your SalonSpa Retreat Experience.
  • Breathing
    Help yourself relax through deep and regular breathing, with an emphasis on exhalation, allowing your body to sink into the experience.
  • Focus
    Closing your eyes during the massage will focus your attention on your body. See with your sense of touch.
